All Packages are shipped via Expedited Express shipping via USPS unless otherwise stated.
Once you have placed your order, most orders will process within 24 hours*
During Major Holidays and sale periods orders will most likely still be processed within the normal 24 hr period but please allow an extra business day ( just in case ).
* Orders placed after (3pm) EST will be shipped next day.
Once payment is cleared and your order is processed and posted, you will receive a shipping notification email with applicable tracking information.
You can also click the ORDER Status link located in the footer of the website and just enter in your tracking number for an updated status on your order.

In general, shipments may take 2 business days. This will depend on the postal services in your area.
All prices are in US dollars. The prices within the online store DO NOT include relevant overseas duties and other customs charges you may incur.
We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a 'gift', even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.
Only actual street address will be accepted for international orders.(PO BOX NOT ACCEPTED)
TRACKING : Customers are provided with tracking information email on dispatch of their order. PinkNovember Inc. is not responsible if customers are not notifies by their country's postal authority that items are awaiting payment of customs duties and taxes.
TAXES & DUTIES : Any and all applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. The law requires Pink November Inc. to state the full value of your order on the package, and this will then usually determine the applicable fees.

By placing an order at Pink November Inc., you are responsible for any and all applicable customs duties and import fees, and the cost of return shipping back to Pink November.
- We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. Strikes, floods etc.).
- All colours of products are reproduced as accurately as possible, however a slight variation may occur in colour and size specifications.
- Colours may appear slightly different via this website due to computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings.
